Who We Are
Henry de Boysson
Co-Founder, Business Development
Henry is an entrepreneur with a background in insurance, M&A, and business development. Before co-founding United Brokers, he launched and scaled insurtech ventures, gaining firsthand experience in brokerage operations and digital transformation.
He began his career in investment banking at HSBC, specialising in corporate finance and M&A, where he developed a strategic understanding of industry consolidation. A certified insurance broker in France and the UK, he combines financial expertise with deep insight into the brokerage sector.
Henry holds a Master’s in Mathematics & Economics from the University of Edinburgh and an MBA from INSEAD.
Renaud du Parc
Co-Founder, Strategy & Operations
Renaud is an entrepreneur and strategic advisor with expertise in growth, operations, and strategy. Before co-founding United Brokers, he founded Imedia, successfully scaling and exiting it. He is also a board member and business coach, advising startups and organisations in healthcare and the non-profit sector.
Earlier in his career, he was a consultant at Brussels Partners and BCG, specialising in strategy, performance improvement, and operational transformation. His ability to structure organisations and drive growth plays a key role in shaping United Brokers’ long-term vision.
Renaud holds an engineering degree from UCLouvain and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
